i enjoyed the grilled steak and shrimp at the beach grill, they were perfectly cooked! the rooftop pool on the 77th floor has amazing views. i really appreciated the friendly housekeeping team. the breakfast buffet had many choices!

the location of the hotel is ideal. i easily accessed several restaurants and attractions nearby. the room had comfortable furnishings. breakfast had many choices.
this caused noticeable noise early in the morning. the check-in process was also slow. i waited nearly 30 minutes.

the lobby services impressed me greatly. the staff seemed very kind and attentive to my needs. they anticipated my preferences which was helpful. i especially appreciated the attention from zuezan and hasan.
my baggage was misplaced upon arrival. i was initially assigned an incorrect room for six hours. housekeeping service was delayed until late afternoon. turndown service arrived before the room was even cleaned.

The welcome was excellent , and the staff surprised us by taking a picture with us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing. I enjoyed the relaxing vibes at the adult pool. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was delectable.
I found the valet service disgusting. The valet refused to move the bollard , preventing my access because of full parking. The car slightly touched and bent it. The valet came over very aggressively , demanded payment , wouldn't let me speak , hovered over me and charged 300aed and laughed at me.

The staff was attentive and willing to assist with our needs , especially the housekeepers. Mr Douglas welcomed us warmly with refreshments and gave detailed information about our room , he followed our pre-requests. Everyone.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had for free. Brunch on entertainer is a very good value. the food was great. Stanley and Noel offered excellent service , I enjoyed the warm atmosphere.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the Dubai Eye. The location was great , with good food and shops nearby. By day it is easy to access the beach and pool , therefore the overall location was superb.

The breakfast offered a wide selection. The staff promptly helped carry luggage, bring water, and answer questions. Mr Douglas Menezes was particularly patient and efficient. I was surprised by the quality of service. The speed of help, despite the number of clients was great.
